Mountain View Yoga

In 2018 Karina completed her Iyengar Teacher Certification. This was an 8 year process that included 5 years of Iyengar yoga focused practice, including study at RIMYI in Pune, India, and 3 years of teacher training under the guidance of a Senior Iyengar teaching team.
